Train to Gain Muscle

If you are looking to gain muscle and strengthen yourself physically, you need to do weight training, eat a proper diet to build muscle and get enough rest. But in this post we are going to focus on weight training.

Full-body routines with compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once are essential because they are more efficient and help you get solid muscle growth.

To perform a full-body routine in each workout, each routine must have a Leg Exercise (Squat, Deadlift, Lunge), a Push Exercise (Bench Press, Overhead Press), a Pull Exercise (Inverted Row, Pull-Ups, Chin-Ups) and a Core Exercise (Reverse Crunch, Plank). Do 3 to 5 sets of 5 to 10 reps, with approximately 1 minute rest between sets, and do a full-body workout followed by a rest day.

With these exercises, your whole body will become stronger and bigger.

A good schedule is to work out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and include in each workout, as mentioned before, a Leg Exercise, a Push Exercise, a Pull Exercise and a Core Exercise.

Gaining muscle is possible with persistence and commitment. It is essential to establish a proper workout routine, follow it and commit to it.

Building an impressive physique gives you strength, power and an aesthetically pleasing structure, but it also gives you confidence, self-esteem and self-discipline

Taking supplements before training, such as those in the TBN’s Gain Stack, lead to greater absorption of amino acids and increased protein synthesis, which is key in the muscle-building process.
